Processing Time:
Our current turnaround time (TAT) will be posted on our website and/or business page. Ready-to-ship items may ship sooner, while custom or made-to-order items may require the full turnaround time.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and shipping address. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your package.

Shipping Delays:
Once a package has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, BB’s Creations is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Address Changes:
Please double-check your shipping address BEFORE submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed once your order has been processed or shipped.

Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the order resent.
